ELECTRICAL BOX VERSA

Electrical box of the control cabinet Versa provides communication between several modules of the tablet production line:

Pharmaceutical Metal detector Stealth <-> Tablets press machine <-> Checkweigher (weight of tablets).

Metal detection system Pharmaceutical Metal detector is used for quality control of tablets.

This metal detector constantly checks for the presence of metal inclusions in tablets (ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, stainless steel) after a Tablets press machine.

If at some stage in the production of tablets a piece of metal (which can harm a person) gets into the finished tablet, then when the tablet moves through the aperture of the metal detector, this contaminated tablet will be detected.

Then, when the tablet moves to the edge of the table, the conveyor belt will move back and the bad tablet will fall into the bad product bin and then disposed of.

The final control process is a Checkweigher (weight of tablets).
